General Terms and Conditions for MindLINK® Academy events and public seminars


Registration

You can register via the MindLINKAkademie website at www.mindlink.info/en/mindlink-akademie or at shop.mindlink.info or by completing the registration form by hand. Your registration is binding, and will be booked in the order in which we receive it. If the seminar or event is already fully booked, we will contact you immediately. Otherwise we will send you your registration confirmation with detailed information, including information about the event venue. If you require accommodation, please book and pay for your room directly with your desired hotel.


Our prices and fees (your investment) are in accordance with current prices including the applicable VAT. Participation fees will be invoiced immediately, and must be paid within 8 days.


Multiple bookings

If multiple bookings are received within a single registration, the first participant will pay the full registration fee. Each additional participant will receive a 10% discount on the respective participation fee. If one or more participants subsequently cancel, the above-mentioned discount will be taken back or retroactively debited.


Representation

You can always appoint a representative instead of the registered participant. You will not incur any additional costs for doing this.


Rebooking

You can change to a different seminar date or to another seminar at any time. Please inform us of the change in writing. In the event of rebooking (only possible once), we charge the following processing fees: 

Rebooking fee up to 4 weeks before the beginning of the seminar: free of charge

Rebooking fee 2 - 4 weeks before the beginning of the seminar: 50

% of the participation fee incl. VAT 

 Rebooking fee less than 2 weeks before the start of the seminar: 100% of the participation fee incl. VAT 


Cancellation

You can withdraw from the contract at any time. However, this is only possible in writing. Please note that we charge the following processing fees:

Cancellation up to 4 weeks before the start of the event: 50 % of the participation fee incl. VAT 

Cancellation less than 4 weeks before the start of the event: 100% of the participation fee incl. VAT 

This also applies if the registered participant is a no-show. If you cancel your seminar, please remember to cancel your hotel booking.


Cancellation of seminars and events

We reserve the right to cancel the seminar or event due to insufficient demand/number of participants or for other important reasons for which we are not responsible (e.g. sudden illness of the speaker, force majeure). Any fees you have already paid will of course be refunded. Further liability and damage claims that are not related to injury to life, limb or health are excluded unless there is intent or gross negligence on our part. Please also note this when booking flights or train tickets.


Revision rights

We are entitled to make necessary changes and/or deviations to the content, methodology and/or organisation (e.g. due to changes in the law) before or during the seminar or event, insofar as these do not substantially change the benefits to the participant of the advertised seminar. In case of need (e.g. in the event of illness or accident) we are entitled to replace the intended speaker(s) with other persons equally qualified with regard to the advertised topic. Documents provided in the context of further education are created to the best of our knowledge and ability. Liability and guarantee for the correctness, topicality, completeness and quality of the contents are excluded.


Retention of title

We reserve the unrestricted ownership of all participant materials until complete fulfilment of all payment obligations by the customer. Resale and commercial use of seminar content and participant materials are not permitted.


Services included at seminars and events

In addition to participation in the seminar, fees also cover meals, drinks and participant material. 


Ancillary agreements, jurisdiction

Ancillary agreements require the written form. Should any provision of these GTCs be void for legal reasons, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The void provision shall be replaced by a legally valid provision that comes a close as possible to its economic purpose.


The place of performance and jurisdiction is Munich, Germany.
